People who are especially talented in the Strategic theme create alternative ways to proceed. Faced with any given scenario, they can quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues.
People who are especially talented in the Learner theme have a great desire to learn and want to continuously improve. In particular, the process of learning, rather than the outcome, excites them.
People who are especially talented in the Relator theme enjoy close relationships with others. They find deep satisfaction in working hard with friends to achieve a goal.
There is an old saying that "the customer is always right." Well, maybe not. But they are the customer and should be the central focus of everything a company does.
Work with confidence and reduce risk by being data-driven. Start with what you know, look at analytics when available to see what you can infer, create your questions and then let's go get that data. (Remember that numbers AND softer, qualitative data are all data!)
Promise, then deliver, and always act in a way that builds and maintains trust and respect.
Build trust with customers, peers, product teams and others by maintaining a high standard of work and doing what it takes to get the job done. Sometimes, that involves learning or re-learning a skill and that drives me to constantly improve.
