As a researcher, I dig deep to provide companies with the information needed to 


  • Identify and find customer and understand customer needs
  • Understand customer jobs to be done
  • Identify un-served and under-served needs
  • Identify opportunities to innovate current offerings or develop new offerings
  • Craft successful marketing campaigns 
  • and so much more!


Many think the goal of research is to perfect experiences before launch or make decisions with full understanding. Those I work with find out quickly that's not my goal. I come from a place of "enough". I work with stakeholders to find that balance between what we need to learn via primary research and what we can learn through experimentation, data, or other ways -  or identify when we know enough to move forward.
